The Tomas HS Band is a comprehensive band program comprised of marching band, concert band, indoor percussion, winterguard and a robust private lesson program. Tomas HS is the newest high school in Lamar CISD, splitting from Churchill Fulshear HS and Foster HS. Tomas HS is located 30-minutes west of downtown Houston.
The Gene Tomas High School Band is dedicated to cultivating leadership, delivering outstanding performances, and striving for excellence in all that we do. Through a commitment to artistry and a deep-rooted passion for music, we empower students to grow as musicians, collaborators, and humans. We believe in inspiring each member to lead with integrity, perform with purpose, and express themselves through the transformative power of music.
